If Bravi! Beginnings did not meet your expectations, please return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable. DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL: If an order arrives in a visibly crushed, damaged or broken condition, please let us know immediately and we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you. Some DVD players are not compatible with all discs. In these cases, the disc will not play at all in a certain player, but will play fine in another. Compatibility issues may also manifest as freezing, skipping, or “pixelating” (breaking apart into spots) in random places. This is not a manufacturing defect but is normal for DVD technology. If you encounter an issue like this, please test your disc on a different brand of DVD player. If the problem persists in the exact same places, and was apparent the very first time the disc was played, it may in fact be defective. Please contact us for a replacement disc. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: To make a return, please safely package the product and include a letter with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Order Number (if you do not have the order number, please provide the date of the original order.)
- Item Description/Name
- Reason for Return Action requested to be taken upon return (refund or exchange)
